      • Veteriner kontrol\u00fc olmayan ve uygun ko\u015fullarda kesilmeyen kurbanl\u0131k hayvanlardan insanlara tenya, salmonella, t\u00fcberk\u00fcloz, \u015farbon gibi hastal\u0131klar\u0131n bulu\u015fma riski y\u00fcksektir.<\/li>\n
      • Bayram g\u00fcn\u00fc kesilen et hemen t\u00fcketilmemelidir. Kesilen kurban etinde olu\u015fan sertlik hem pi\u015firmede hem de sindiriminde sorunlara sebep olabilir. Bu y\u00fczden etler 24 saat buzdolab\u0131nda muhafaza edilip daha sonra pi\u015firilmelidir.<\/li>\n
